Our goal is to help others move aboard.

 

Hopefully, by sharing our stories, we will motivate you to make the transition from land to water.

 

Here you will find the things that helped and inspired us.

 

Bella Rose is a 1981 11.0C S2 sailboat. She is a 36 ft center cockpit sloop.

 

We moved aboard (full-time), in Louisiana, exactly 2 weeks before the ever so vicious storm Katrina struck our area and changed our lives forever.

This is where our adventure begins.................

Along for the ride – our 2 boat cats, Madelyn (Maddie) and Zoe,

and the newest member of the family, Tiki, our Maltese dog.
